フクシマは収束などしていません！
2020年3月11日にフクシマ原発事故は9周年を迎えます。
2020年の夏には東京オリンピックが開始されます。「アンダーコントロール」とは程遠い状況なのにもかかわらず、競技のいくつかが福島県で行われることになっています。事故を起こした原子炉からはいまだに放射能物質が大気に放出されており、汚染水が毎日流れ出ていて、何十万人という人々が故郷や生活の基盤を奪われたまま、未だにその打撃と心痛を抱えて生きていくことを余儀なくされています。原発事故はすでに収束したと世界に誇示するための格好の機会として、日本政府はオリンピックを利用しようとしているのです。原発最悪事故、その被害や影響を過小評価し、あたかも日常が戻ってきたかのように思わせようとしています。被害者を助け支援する代わりに、事故前まで適用されていた年間積算線量の基準許容値を単に20倍に引き上げることで、日本政府は避難した人々を線量の高い地区へ帰還させようとさえしています。私たちはこの政策に断固として反対します！
原子力は気候変動の解決にはなりません！
汚染の恐怖：原子炉は放射線を半永久的に出し続ける危険な放射性廃棄物を生み出します。
危険すぎる：フクシマやチェルノブイリなどの重大事故は防げず、原子力技術イコール核技術で、新型原子爆弾の開発を推進するだけです。
無謀なコスト：原子力は二酸化炭素排出を減らすというなら、その中でも一番高価な方法です。
不当な定説：核の燃料サプライチェーンは二酸化炭素の排出量が少ないという定説は、正しくありません。
制御不可能：原発は再生可能エネルギーほど手軽に、インテリジェントな制御ができません。
解決にならない：気候変動は、いつか（廃棄物を含み危険のない）新世代の原発が完成するのを待ってはくれません。*注）これは新世代原発に賛成するものではありません。
私たちは次のことを求めます： ・汚染地域があたかも復興したように世界に誇示するためのオリンピック利用をやめること ・日本政府は、避難した人々を線量がまだ高い地域に戻そうとする帰還政策を即刻やめ、賠償金および支援金の支払いを続けること ・世界中の原子力施設、ことにドイツのグローナウのウラン濃縮工場やリンゲンの核燃料製造工場を即刻停止すること ・EURATOMおよびその他の原子力技術を促進する団体を解散すること ・原子力技術を促進するための補助金等を、再生可能エネルギーおよび放射性廃棄物処分・保管のための、独立した市民団体が管理する研究へ回すこと ・「核兵器禁止条約」の署名

FUKUSHIMA is NOT “Under Control”!
11th March 2020 marks the 9th anniversary of the Fukushima nuclear disaster.
Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics is approaching. Some Olympic games are planned to be held in Fukushima although the current situation is far from to be said “under control”: The damaged nuclear reactors continue to diffuse radiation throughout the atmosphere, the contaminated water is leaking into the ocean every day, hundreds of thousands of people lost their homes and the foundation for life and those affected people still have to deal with the long-term hardship and pain. The government of Japan has been misusing the Olympic games to display to the world that the nuclear disaster is over. They underestimate the real damage and impact of the worst nuclear disaster in the history and make us believe that the situation has been back to normal. Instead of putting the priority to provide relief to those who continue to suffer from the disaster, the government of Japan is rather promoting evacuees to return to their hometown which is still heavily contaminated. They just raised the acceptable level of radiation for residents by 20 times higher than what was applied as the maximum level of annual exposure before the accident occurred. We must say NO to this policy!
Nuclear power is NOT a solution to climate change!
High risk of contamination: Nuclear reactors produce harmful radiation almost permanently.
Too dangerous: As we have learned through the disasters of Fukushima and Chernobyl, serious accidents are unavoidable. Technology of nuclear energy also serves increasing the ability to develop nuclear weapons.
Enormous cost: Nuclear energy is eventually the most expensive way to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Unjustified theory: The theory that the supply chain of nuclear fuels has a lower CO2 emission is unjustified.
Inflexible to control: Nuclear power generation is not flexible to control comparing to renewable energy.
Too slow to save climate: Climate change give us no time to wait until the new generation develops a “harmless nuclear power”. (This does not necessarily mean to agree with the new generation nuclear technology.)
We are therefore calling for: ・Misuse of the Olympics should be stopped to display as if the contaminated area in Fukushima had been cleared and restored. ・The government of Japan should withdraw the relocation policy to put evacuees back to the highly contaminated area and should resume to provide compensation and financial assistance. ・Operations of all nuclear power plants in the world should be stopped, especially in Germany, Gronau uranium enrichment plant and Lingen nuclear fuel plant. ・ EURATOM and other institutions that promote nuclear technology should be dissolved. ・Investment for nuclear technology should come to an end. Instead, sufficient subsidies should be allocated to the research efforts for renewable energy and radioactive waste management made by the independent civil society organizations. ・Signature and ratification of Nuclear Weapon Ban Treaty by all countries.

Fukushima ist noch lange nicht Geschichte!
Am 11. März 2020 jährt sich die Atomkatastrophe von Fukushima zum 9. Mal.
Im Sommer 2020 werden die Olympischen Spiele in Tokio stattfinden, einige Wettkämpfe sogar in Fukushima, obwohl die Lage dort alles andere als „unter Kontrolle“ ist: Die havarierten Reaktoren geben noch heute radioaktive Materialien in die Atmosphäre ab, täglich hoch verseuchtes Wasser, mehrere hunderttausend Menschen wurden ihrer Heimat und ihrer Lebensgrundlage beraubt, viele leiden unter den Folgen. Die japanische Regierung will die Olympischen Spiele als willkommene Gelegenheit missbrauchen, um der Welt zu zeigen, dass der Atomunfall Geschichte ist. Sie wollen den Super-GAU, seine Auswirkungen und Folgen verharmlosen und Normalität vorspielen. Anstatt den Opfern zu helfen und sie zu unterstützen, zwingt die japanische Regierung sogar die Geflüchteten ins verseuchte Gebiet zurückzukehren: sie hat den Strahlengrenzwert einfach um das 20-fache erhöht. Wir sagen entschieden Nein zu dieser Politik!
Atomkraft rettet nicht das Klima!
Zu schmutzig: Alle Reaktoren produzieren gefährliche Strahlung und Atommüll für die Ewigkeit.
Zu gefährlich: Katastrophen wie in Fukushima und Tschernobyl sind unvermeidbar. Atomtechnologie dient immer auch der Entwicklung neuer Atomwaffen.
Zu teuer: Atomkraft ist die teuerste Art Treibhausgasemissionen zu verringern.
Zu wenig zielführend: Die nukleare Brennstoffkette ist nicht so CO2-arm wie behauptet.
Zu unflexibel: AKWs sind nicht so schnell und intelligent steuerbar wie erneuerbare Energien.
Zu langsam: Der Klimawandel wartet nicht, bis eventuell neue Generationen von AKWs gebaut werden könnten.
Deshalb fordern wir: ・Mit den Olympischen Spielen darf der Weltöffentlichkeit keine Normalität in den verstrahlten Gebieten vorgespielt werden. ・Stopp aller Maßnahmen, mit denen die japanische Regierung Strahlenflüchtlinge zur Rückkehr in verstrahlte Gebiete nötigt. Weiterzahlung von Entschädigungen und Unterstützungsgeldern. ・Sofortige Stilllegung aller Atomanlagen weltweit, insbesondere der Atomfabriken Gronau und Lingen. ・Auflösung von EURATOM und aller anderen die Atomtechnik fördernden Organisationen. ・Umlenkung aller der Atomtechnik gewidmeten Fördermittel und Subventionen zugunsten erneuerbarer Energien und einer zivilgesellschaftlich kontrollierten Forschung zum Umgang mit dem Atommüll. ・Unterzeichnung des Atomwaffenverbotsvertrags.
