安倍総理大臣宛の公開書簡を提出して来ました！

本日3月7日、Sayonara Nukes Berlin とAnti Atom Berlinは、ベルリンの日本大使館に、以下の内容を求める安倍総理大臣宛の公開書簡を提出してきました。

 

＊すべての原発の再稼動と原発の新設を断念し、原子力から撤退す 

＊原子力技術を海外に輸出しない

＊再処理施設と高速増殖炉もんじゅを廃止する

＊再生可能エネルギーをより一層拡大させるほか、エネルギーの効率利用をめざして投資を拡大する

＊福島県とその周辺地域がこれ以上放射能によって汚染されないようにするほか、太平洋にこれ以上汚染水が流出しないようにするため、効果的な措置を講じる（国際社会からの技術支援も受け入れる）

＊汚染地域からの移住を希望する被災者、特に子どものいる家族を財政的に支援する

＊除染しても、国として住民が汚染地域へ帰還するのを奨励しない

＊東京電力が正当な損害賠償を行うよう、国が厳重に監視する

＊福島原発事故被災者に対する支援を強化する。たとえば、被災者支援法の内容をすぐにも具体

　化させる。被災者、特に子どもたちと原発後処理作業員の健康診断と治療（精神的疾患も含む）

　をより頻繁に行う

＊他の原発で働く派遣労働者を含め、福島第一原発で後処理作業をする労働者と除染作業員が

　搾取されないよう厳しく監督し、適正な賃金が支払われることを保障する

＊福島第一原発の後処理と廃炉によって発生する放射能廃棄物を危険度に応じて適切に処分す

＊汚染された土やガレキ（焼却灰も含めて）が放置状態で保管されているが、それを撤去して安全

　に保管する

＊原子力問題に関して情報を透明化させるほか、原子力問題では特定秘密保護法を適用しない

 

公開書簡には、ドイツ在住の日本人およびドイツ人47人の個人（主に著名な方々）および、ドイツ国内の団体20団体から賛同をいただきました。

Sayonara Nukes Berlin and Anti Atom Berlin submitted an open letter to Japan’s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on March 7th, 2014.

Through this open letter, we urge the Japanese government; 

• to phase out nuclear power by giving up the resumption of all nuclear power plant operations as well as the construction of new nuclear power plants,
• not to export nuclear technology to any other countries,
• to shut down the nuclear fuel reprocessing plant and the fast-breeder reactor, Monju,
• to make efforts to increase renewable energy capacities and to increase the government investment in schemes for energy efficiency,
• to undertake effective measures to prevent the further spread of radioactive contamination in Fukushima and the surrounding area as well as to stop outflow of contaminated water into the Pacific Ocean (including receiving international technical cooperation),
• to provide financial assistance with relocation costs to those who want to move out from the contaminated areas, especially families with children,
• not to promote the return of people back to the contaminated areas even though the decontamination work has been completed,
• to strictly observe that the satisfaction of reparation is given fairly to the victims by TEPCO,
• to intensify the support system for the victims, e.g.; to put the plan of action under the Victim Support Act immediately into effect ;  to provide the victims, especially children and clean-up workers with more frequent health check-ups as well as necessary medical treatment (including mental disorders),
• to strengthen the government supervision in order to secure fair wages to be paid to clean-up workers at Fukushima-Daiich as well as decontamination workers and temporary workers at other nuclear power plants without exploitation,
• to confine and manage radioactive waste produced by decommissioning of reactors at Fukushima-Daiichi in an appropriate manner according to its hazard levels,
• to clear the bags of contaminated soil and rubble (including ash) that are temporarily left in various places and store them safely in appropriate and isolated disposal facilities,
• to ensure transparency and accountability on nuclear issues and to exempt nuclear issues from the application of the Secret Information Protection Act.

Sayonara Nukes Berlin und Anti Atom Berlin haben am 07.03.2014 einen offenen Brief an japanischen Premierminister Shinzo Abe überreicht.

In den Brief stellen wir  folgende Forderungen an Sie und die japanische Regierung:

• Verzicht auf die Wiederinbetriebnahme aller Atomkraftwerke (AKWs) sowie auf den Bau neuer AKWs in Japan, das heißt den konsequenten Ausstieg aus der Atomenergie,
• Kein Export von Atomtechnologie,

• Stilllegung der Wiederaufbereitungsanlage und des Schnellbrüters „Monju“,
• Beschleunigter Ausbau erneuerbarer Energien und Investitionen in Energieeffizienz,

• Verantwortungsvolle und effektive Maßnahmen, um die weitere Verseuchung in und um Fukushima zu verhindern, insbesondere auch um den weiteren Zufluss von Radioaktivität in den Pazifik endlich zu stoppen (einschließlich der Inanspruchnahme internationaler Hilfe),

• Finanzielle Unterstützung für umsiedlungswillige Menschen, vor allem Familien mit Kindern, aus dem verseuchten Gebiet,

• Keine staatlichen Anreize für die Rückkehr in die verseuchten Gebiete, auch nach der Dekontamination,

• Strenge Kontrollen für die Umsetzung der angemessenen Entschädigungen durch TEPCO,

• Unterstützung für die Betroffenen der Atomkatastrophe von Fukushima, z.B. durch die schnelle inhaltliche Konkretisierung des Versorgungsgesetzes, sowie häufigere Gesundheitsuntersuchungen und Behandlungen der Betroffenen, vor allem von Kindern und Liquidatoren (inklusive psychischer Erkrankungen),

• Strenge Kontrollen für die angemessene Bezahlung der Liquidatoren von Fukushima-Daiichi und der Dekontaminationsarbeiter, inkl. der noch in den AKWs arbeitenden Leiharbeiter, um deren Ausbeutung auszuschließen,

• Eine der Gefährlichkeit entsprechende Behandlung und Lagerung des Atommülls bei und nach den Aufräum- und Rückbauarbeiten am AKW Fukushima-Daiichi,

• Beseitigung und sichere Lagerung der provisorisch gelagerten kontaminierten Erd- und Schuttmassen einschließlich deren Asche,

• Eine transparente Informationspolitik und die Rücknahme des Geheimhaltungsgesetzes betreffend alle Atomkraftangelegenheiten.

47 Personen und 20 Organisationen haben den offenen Brief mitunterzeichnet.
